Hum full earbuds set nahi bechte (jab tak clearly mention na ho).

Customer ki responsibility hai ki:

Agar galat model order hota hai customer ki galti se, to return / replacement policy applicable ho sakti hai shipping charges ke saath.
Agar doubt ho, customer WhatsApp support par photo bhej kar confirm kar sakta hai order se pehle.

❌ Customer ne galat model order kiya
❌ Physical damage customer ki taraf se hua
❌ Product water damaged hai
❌ Product open ya tampered condition me hai
Replacement approve hone ke baad hi bheja jayega.

SingleBuds.in third-party compatible replacement parts provide karta hai. Ye original brand ka official product nahi ho sakta, lekin compatible hota hai.

Replacement parts par limited testing warranty hoti hai jo sirf manufacturing defects cover karti hai.
