SingleBuds.in par hum sirf single replacement earbuds parts sell karte hain (Left Bud, Right Bud, Charging Case). Isliye return aur replacement rules clearly samajhna zaroori hai.
🔁 7 Days Return / Replacement Policy
Customer product receive karne ke 7 din ke andar return ya replacement request kar sakta hai.
Replacement sirf same product model ke liye hoga — alag model ya alag product nahi diya jayega.
✅ Return / Replacement Valid Hoga Agar:
✔ Product damaged condition me deliver hua ho
✔ Wrong item receive hua ho
✔ Product receive hote hi working na ho
✔ 7 din ke andar same product me technical issue aa jaye
Aise cases me hum same model ka replacement part bhejenge (stock availability ke hisaab se).
❌ Return / Replacement Valid Nahi Hoga Agar:
❌ Customer ne galat model order kiya ho
❌ Customer ko baad me pata chala ki unka model different hai
❌ Physical damage customer ki taraf se hua
❌ Water damage ho gaya ho
❌ Product open karke damage kiya gaya ho
❌ Normal wear and tear
⚠️ Important:
Agar customer ne galti se galat model order kiya hai, hum usko different model se replace nahi karenge.
📦 Return Process
1️⃣ Customer 7 din ke andar WhatsApp ya Email par contact kare
2️⃣ Order ID + problem ka photo/video share kare
3️⃣ Team issue verify karegi
4️⃣ Approval ke baad return pickup ya self-ship instructions milenge
5️⃣ Product receive aur test hone ke baad replacement bheja jayega
💸 Refund Policy
Refund sirf tab diya jayega agar:
✔ Replacement product stock me available na ho
✔ Wrong item hamari taraf se bheja gaya ho aur replacement possible na ho
Refund original payment method me 5–7 working days me process hoga.
COD orders ke case me bank details maangi ja sakti hain refund ke liye.
